For selected orders, an advance payment may be required as specified during checkout.

Phoenixwala does not store your complete card or UPI payment credentials.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances.

7. Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Phoenixwala is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
